Hi,

Hi,
I am involved to write a program, which translation
a port number (e.g. port 80 to port 443).
Is there a utility already being used or a sample
program, which does the similar thing.

The program is supposed to redirect http requests (port 80) to https
port (443) and
https responses (port 443) to http (port 80).

The reason we do this is that there are some of our
customers only use http, but we want to secure an information using
https.
I'd like to resolve this issue at the server level, not at router nor
firewall.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

James,
