I am using RedHat 5.1 along with XWinPro for WinNT workstation. When I try to use the rexec command in the startup menu to issue a command, I get this: REXEC Error. Can't open socket! Command failed I am going crazy here. I've read the docs, and went to DejaNews, but to no avail. I enabled rexec in /etc/inetd.conf and sighup'ed it. Do I need to RESTART the machine???
