Hello,
Recently I bought an internal 56k modem (pnp) but never got it to
work. Even after configuring isapnp, setserial, etc., nothing worked,
so I took it back. The modem did work under win95, but if it doesn't
work under linux, I dont want it.
I was told that if I got an external modem, I wouildn't have those
problems. Is this true? I wouldn't mind having an external anyway, and
there is was readily available for me to buy. Please advise me on
this. Thanks!
Bryan
