Take the anaconda-runtime package, extract it, go to
/usr/lib/anaconda-runtime, and run:
  ./buildinstall /path/to/whereever/you/have/a/tree

Yes. Easier to set up for actual releases (for which someone who
is doing a HD install can just copy two ISOs as opposed to 1000
or so files.)
