There's not much more to it than before.

Grab the updates and drop them in as replacements, as usual.

genhdlist can build RedHat/base/hdlist from the RedHat/RPMS/
directories in two locations (eg, two directory trees).  It doesn't
seem to matter in which image the *.i386.rpm files go, just as long
as they are all there.

Make the two iso images as usual, but the first one needs a boot
image (images/boot.img).

Works for me (rh7.0, ymmv with rawhide).
