Question:  When does one use the elephant gun for sparrows?

Answer: When they want to do rpm work with a GUI interface

`Webmin'  Now there is a worthwhile GUI interface.  An elephant gun
 worth having.

Remember that the install manuals that come with RH distros usually
have a semi-lengthy section on using `RPM'.
