I do not know, it would appear however that some cogs are missing or siezed
inside RH , when it comes to the mail lists over the last months, after
looking here
https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/options/redhat-devel-list/ and
finding all users listed, and archives that spammers love, and posting
allowed by anybody (apparently/maybe) ...
Has there been a funding cut in RH thats more restrictive than back in the
founding days ? :-)
BTW I can mail from outside from an account that is not subscribed anywhere
AFAIK if this gets through.
