The devel list seams to be the best place to test it though.

I cannot connect to that link. Secure or not.
I get a message from our proxy server:
connect to listman.redhat.com:443 failed (Connection timed out)
and
connect to listman.redhat.com:80 failed (Connection timed out)
ping doesn't reply either.
The old sig file is missing too.

Does that still work to (un)subscribe?
If so should it be put back in?
The volume of unsubscribe messages will likely increase
if not.
