If you turn off automatic execution of things in Outlook and don't
click on attachments, you are safe. (Well, maybe not from javascript
in HTML posts, but maybe you can turn that off too.)
Asking that people not send any attachments (including those which
have no capability of damaging your system) just because you use an
extremely poorly designed mail reader and either don't understand or
are too lazy to follow security guidelines is extremely selfish.
