It comes from RedHat/base/hdlist which is generated by
misc/src/anaconda/utils/genhdlist. But, I would recommend not trying to
install Rawhide at present anyway... there's a fair number of duplicate
packages and changes due to updates to rpm which haven't been finalized
yet
