The "WhatsNew" section of the Install Guide has much of that
info. When not buying a boxed set, the documentation can be had from
RedHat's web site.

Well, I think that we really have two seperate items here:
1. Added functionality, through package updates
2. Incompatible behaviour changes
The first is really information that the software developers must
provide, in one way or the other. Its not very critical in my opinion:
If you don't know it, you'll lose some functionality, but thats it. It
won't hurt you.
The second item *will* hurt administrators if they don't know about
it. Examples include kernel updates, which have a big effect on how
many subsystems are configured (for example, ipfwadm vs ipchains), the
open-relay vs. non open-relay sendmails, etc, etc.
It has been suggested to use a faq-o-matic for this purpose, where
admins can help themselves by gathering knowledge about common
pitfalls. This is usefull only if used together with the RawHide
releases. Its not a substitute for good documentation from the guys
who are responsible ;-)
