I thought the idea of src.rpms was so users can build from SOURCE CODE.

For various reasons I don't want to move my server to RH6 (it's not 
broken). However, I NFS-share home directories; it's important for me to 
keep software versions for products such as netscape, ncftp etc, in sync.

Thus far, building from source has worked well. What do I do now?
