That's why it's segfaulting. The netscape in rawhide is based against glibc2.1, so the vreg binary is glibc-2.1. It will segfault if run on 5.2. In fact, even if you sneak another vreg binary in, the resulting RPMs won't run on 5.2, since the netscape binaries themselves are linked against glibc-2.1.
