I've updated wu-ftpd to version 2.6.0 today (from Red Hat updates,
of course) and identd process don't appear anymore. Don't know about
httpds as I don't run Apache, but 6 mingettys are ok - you have 6 virtual
terminals, don't you ?
Ok, I believe this is not really a topic for redhat-devel-list, so it's
probably better to reply to this letter in redhat-list or in private (if
