Same here.
The following is what I got from pstree:
|-inetd---in.identd---in.identd---9*[in.identd]
Also, there is 11 httpd and 6 mingetty. My box is really heavily populated.
Maybe I should implement an population control policy. :)
Why they are there? Any idea?
