Crockpot Pork Chops
6 lean pork chops, 3/4 to 1-inch thick
2/3 cup flour
2 tsp. dry (hot) mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
2 can cream of mushroom soup

Trim all fat from chops.  Coat chops with dry ingredients.  Brown well in hot 
oil.  Put chops in crockpot.  Mix soup with about 1/2 can of water and pour 
over chops.  Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours.
