Its sunny here today finally,, now if it does any good or not is
questionable. It says just above 0 on the thermometer outside. There is way
too
much snow to notice any melting if it does any at all today. They said its
suppose to start warming, but then they said another chance for more snow in 2
days.
Ashlee is doing really good, we just went to Iowa City the 4th and had
her braces readjusted. They said right now everything is looking good, her
top teeth have moved out like they were suppose to do. They still want the
area open more where her right eye tooth was suppose to be. So in 3 to 4
months when that space is open more,they will remove the braces and let her be
till she's 16. I know I hate that she has to have that open gap in the
front like that.Then her surgeon will take over again and do the nose surgery
and her lip again. When she heals completely from that, her orthodontic's
will come back and put the braces back on her top and this time the bottom.
She will then keep the braces on for another 2 years. Then after the braces
come off she will have the tooth implant where she is missing her right
eye tooth. They said they will wait till she is around 19 or 20 to have that
done. Her face has to be done growing before they can do the implant.
I do so pray everyday, all the time that she will not have any children
born cleft, and have to go thru what she has been thru. I know God could
have choose a more intense Birth Defect for her, We are blessed that he
didn't, but still I pray that her children (or Bryce's) are born with no birth
defects.
