Peach and Pineapple Dip Serves 20--2 tablespoons per serving.
1 15-oz. can light sliced peaches in extra light syrup, drained 1 c. drained pineapple chunks 8-oz. fat-free or reduced-fat cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp honey 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 c. drained mandarin oranges In food processor or blender, process all ingredients except mandarin oranges to desired texture. To serve, place spread in large shallow bowl and garnish with mandarin oranges. Serve with animal crackers or gingersnaps.
