NOODLES ROMANOFF 8 ounces medium to wide egg noodles, linguine or fettuccine 1 cup cottage cheese 1 garlic clove, minced or pressed 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup grated onion 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 2-quart baking dish. Cook the noodles until tender but still firm to bite. Meanwhile, mix the cottage cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, onion and hot pepper sauce in a large bowl. Drain noodles. Add to cottage cheese mixture. Stir gently. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
