Chicken and Pasta in Cajun Cream

1 lb.  boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch strips

1 red  bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Green Giant® Pasta Accents®  Alfredo
Frozen Vegetables with Pasta
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup whipping  cream (no substitutes)
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 t ground red pepper  (cayenne) use discretion


Spray large skillet with a nonstick cooking  spray. Heat over medium-
high heat
until pan is hot

Add chicken;  cook chicken until it is no longer pink and lightly
browned,
stirring  often

Add bell pepper; cook and stir about 3 minutes.

Add frozen  vegetables with pasta and water. Bring all to a boil. Cook
2  minutes.

Stir in cream, cumin and ground red pepper. Cover; cook
until  thickened, stirring occasionally about 8-10  minutes
