My mother-in-law was big on canning throughout her lifetime! If I remember correctly, we took the shucks off the corn, wrapped it in foil and froze. I think that's all there is to it. I can check though. Hope that helps, Becky From: [email protected] Sent: Friday, August 14, 2009 11:52 AM To: [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected] Subject: [RecipesAndMore] (no subject) Morning ya'll I just received 8 dozen ears of corn from my neighbor,,, want to tell me the easiest way of putting them up?
