Doesn't it have to be blanched in a hot water bath or some thing? My mother-in-law was big on canning throughout her lifetime! A couple of years ago, my family and I froze corn on the cob. If I remember correctly, we took the shucks off the corn, wrapped it in foil and froze. I think that's all there is to it. I can check though.
