LEMON SHEET CAKE
 1 box (18.25 ounces) lemon cake mix
4 large eggs
1 can (15.75 ounces) lemon pie filling   (I used lime filling today
because it was on hand)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . In a large mixing bowl, beat the cake
mix and eggs until well blended. Fold in the pie filling. Spread into a
greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. (Jelly roll pan) Bake for 18-20 minutes
or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on
wire rack.
Glaze:
1-2 cups powdered sugar
enough fresh lime or lemon juice to make  a spreadable glaze. stir and
drizzle over cooled cake.  Enjoy.
