MOLDED COTTAGE CHEESE AND HORSERADISH SALAD 1 pkg. lemon gelatin 1 pkg. lime gelatin 2 c. hot water 1 c. crushed pineapple 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 lb. cottage cheese Dissolve gelatins in water; cool. Add pineapple, lemon juice, and evaporated milk. Chill until thick and syrupy. Mix nuts, mayonnaise, and cottage cheese together. Stir into gelatin. Pour into mold rinsed with cold water.
