Peace lived to be 14 and a half and even when she couldn't walk well or move around much, she never complained, never was mean or anything. We finally knew when it was time, well, George did, but that was one of the hardest things ew ever had to maake a decision bout. I was never really close to the person who got Ashley but at least I knew she gave her a good life and it just felt better for me knowing she lived in Pittsburgh. it was better than never knowing anything. It's hard to believe on August 1 it will be ten years from when I met Ashley and on August 5 it will be...let's see.....36 years from when i got Peace. We always called her Baber! Lora
