PROMISED CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 2 cups sifted confectioners sugar 1 cup peanut butter 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup soft butter 6 squares (1 ounce) each unsweetened chocolate 1 square (2 1/2 inch) paraffin Peanuts (optional) Combine sugar and peanut butter, cracker crumbs and butter. Mix until well blended. Roll into 3/4 inch balls. Chill 1 hour. Coarsely chop chocolate and paraffin. Place in double boiler and melt over simmering water. Heat, stirring occasionally until melted.
