Beefy Noodle Casserole Recipe By :The Microwave Cookbook Serving Size : 5 to 6 4 oz. dried beef cut into small pieces 1 med. onion chopped 2 c. uncooked noodles 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Place dried beef & 1 cup water in 2 quart glass casserole. Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until water comes to a boil; drain. Stir in onions noodles, soup, milk, 1 cup water & parsley flakes; cover. Microwave on High for 10 minutes, Stir; cover, Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes longer or until noodles are tender. Stir in cheese; cover. Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes. Yield: 5 to 6 servings.
