Southwestern Macaroni Casserole 
1 lb. Ground beef 
1 (1-1/4 oz.) pkg. Taco seasoning 
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 
3 c. Cooked macaroni 
1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese 
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 
1 (8 oz.) sour cream 
Brown beef; drain, stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce, bring to a boil
and remove from heat. Combine cooked add drained macaroni; 1/2 cup
cheddar cheese and sour cream. Place on bottom of 13"x10" dish. Top with
meat mixture and remaining cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and
bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
