Pumpkin Cookies 1 c. pumpkin 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. oil 1-1/2 c. sugar 3 c. flour 3 tsp baking powder 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp allspice 1 tsp salt 1-1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp milk 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix next five ingredients. Add to pumpkin mixture. Combine baking soda and milk. Add to pumpkin mixture. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
