Ham & Potatoes 

1 can cream of mushroom soup 
4 cups potatoes, cooked and sliced 
1 1/2 cups ham, cubed 
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 
1/4 cup milk 
1 tablespoon butter 
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange half the potatoes in a greased 2-quart 
casserole dish. In a 
medium-sized bowl, stir together ham, soup, 1 cup of the cheese, and milk. Pour 
half of this mixture 
over the potatoes. Repeat layers. Combine bread crumbs, remaining cheese, and 
butter. Sprinkle 
over casserole. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
