Rainy Day Casserole 1 pound ground pork sausage 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped green peppers 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups canned tomatoes 2 cups milk 2 cups macaroni noodles, uncooked 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon salt
Brown sausage in a skillet. Add onion, garlic, and green peppers, cooking until soft. Mix sausage mixture with remaining ingredients in a greased baking dish.
