Rum Baked Fruit
1 (16 oz) can pear halves
1 (16 oz) peach halves
1 (16 oz) can apricot halves
2 (10 oz) bxs frozen strawberries, thawed
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup rum
Drain fruits. Reserve liquid! Layer in a 13x9 baking dish. Top canned
fruits w/strawberries. Sprinkle bworn sugar over fruit. Drizzle with 1/2
cup of reserved liquid and rum. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
***Great as a topping for pound cake, pancakes or waffles.
