Creole Tomato Bread
from Gold Medal flour

1 package yeast (2 1/4 sp.)
2 3/4 c.  bread flour
2 T. gluten
1 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped red bell pepper
2 T. diced pimentos, drained
1 T. dried minced onion
1/2 c. plus 1 T. cream of tomato soup, undiluted
1 egg
1 T. vegetable oil
2 tsp. molasses
2/3 c. V-8 vegetable juice, warmed

Add ingredients to the machine pan according to
manufacturer's directions.
Usewhite bread or regular cycle, light crust.
