Pineapple Bread Pudding Dated 1962.

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs beaten
1 can crushed pineapple
5 slices white bread cubed
nutmeg or cinnamon

Melt butter  add sugar & eggs.
Drain pineapple & add to egg mixture mix well.
add bread & mix well.
Pour into well buttered casserole
bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle top with nutmeg or cinnamon.
