PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 8 ounce package cream cheese softened 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1 teaspoon salt 8 ounces can crushed pineapple drained 1/2 cup chopped pecans Place green pepper, onion & pineapple on paper towel to absorb liquid. Blend all ingredients well refrigerate at least 30 minutes, shape into ball. Roll in additional pecans if desired & serve.
