PINEAPPLE COOLER 2 quarts crushed pineapple 1 pound sugar 3 inches stick cinnamon 1 quart finely chopped apples Green or red food coloring Drain syrup from pineapple & reserve. Add sugar & cinnamon to syrup & cook 10 minutes then remove cinnamon & cool. Add apples, pineapple and coloring & stir well then serve chilled in frosted glasses.
