MARSHMALLOW EASTER EGGS   

2 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatin, softened in 6 tbsp.
cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Dipping chocolate

Pour softened gelatin in boiling water and continue
stirring until dissolved. Add salt and sugar, continue
stirring until dissolved. Remove from heat, beat with
electric beater until very thick. Spoon into flour
molds to make Easter eggs.
Dip with chocolate marshmallow. Can also be spooned on
cookies and topped with coconut.

To make flour molds, pour several inches of flour into
shallow pan. Press plastic egg or other shape into
flour. Drop marshmallow into indentation in flour. Let
set.
