BUDGET BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE Printed from COOKS.COM 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. beef bouillon 1 egg, beaten 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 1/2 c. cooked noodles 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. crushed crackers 1/2 c. shredded cheese Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and put into well- greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake 30 minutes, covered and 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered. Serves 6 to 8.
