RAISIN HAM SAUCE
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup seedless raisins
1 tablespoon ham drippings or butter
1/2 cup ginger ale
In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, orange rind, mustard and cornstarch. 
Stir
in orange juice. Bring to a boil, lower heat and continue to simmer until 
mixture
thickens (5-10 minutes). Add raisins and butter or drippings from ham; cook 
another
3-4 minutes. Stir in ginger ale.
Spoon over rolled slices of baked or pan-fried ham.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce.
