APPLE PECAN TURKEY STUFFING
1/4 c. butter
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 cans condensed chicken broth
1 (16 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing
2 c. apples, chopped
1 c. toasted pecans, chopped
In saucepan melt butter. Cook onions and celery until tender. Add broth
and heat to boiling point. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing, apples and
pecans. Spoon into greased 12 x 8 inch baking dish and cover. Bake at 375
degrees for 30 minutes.
