Hearty Rice Soup
1 pkg. Lipton Rice and Sauce Chicken flavor
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. water
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 c. cooked chicken cut up
In a medium saucepan combine all ingredients except chicken. Bring to
a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes until
rice is tender. Stir in chicken and heat through. Serve.
Makes 6 cups.
