Jude's Chicken Casserole
1 (6-oz. pkg.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 (10-3/4-oz) can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
½ lb. Velveeta cheese product, cut up
Preheat oven to dg350.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Stir in remaining
ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a 2-quart baking dish. Bake 30
minutes or until heated through.
Yield 6 servings.
Note: You could add your favorite vegetables to this casserole as
well—say 1-1/2 to 2 cups of diced broccoli for example.
