Craisins and white chocolate cookies
1 stick soft butter 1 Cup packed light brown sugar 1 Cup granulated white sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla ext. 3 Cups all purpose plain flour 1 tsp. (fresh) baking soda ½ tsp. Salt 2 Tbsp milk (YES I said 2 table spoons) ½ Cup craisins 1and ½ Cups of chopped white chocolate 1 Cup chopped pecans (note I like to toast mine a little) In your mixer add butter, sugar cream add eggs and vanilla cream Now milk (NOTE don't over do it you do not want it to foam sift flour, soda and salt now add to butter mix until it is all moist pre-heat oven to 375 bake for 10 - 12 min or till the edges turn golden brown. Drop by a heaping tsp on a greased cookie sheet.
