HI All, Place your turkey in the roasting pan breast down, back up; the white meat will roast in its own juice. Cover with foil and roast at 325 degrees till tender and done. It would be interesting to know how many of the group will roast a turkey on Thanksgiving. Please let us all know. I also baked a pumpkin pie today with no pie crust, don't like crust very much.
