White Cheese Dip
I make this for my grandson all the time and it taste just like the dip at the Mexican Restaurant we go to. 1# white American cheese (diced) 1/4 cup water ( use more if needed) I put in a bowl and cook in microwave approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring often. It's ready to eat right out of the microwave. Serve with chips and you have a treat just like at the restaurant and it's so easy.
