SALAD DRESSING CAKE FROM SCRATCH

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. salad dressing (Kraft Miracle Whip)
1 c. water
2 tbsp. vanilla

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. soda

Mix well with wooden spoon. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 375 degrees for 35 
to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

NOTE: For good flavor, 2 tablespoons vanilla are needed. Directions given for 
the mix cake are to completely cool cake before frosting. The scratch cakes
were cooled no more than 10 minutes before frosting unless Seven Minute Icing 
is used.  Enjoy.
