Apple Dump Cake
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. apple pie filling
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 c. corn oil
2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Dump all ingredients into large bowl and stir (with spon or fork)
until mixed well.
Pour into greased 9- by 13-inch pan. Bake at dg350 for 35 to 45 minutes.
When cool, top with icing made by mixing the following ingredients:
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 of a stick of margarine
8 oz. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
