Peanut Butter Popcorn - 3 qt popped corn 1-1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup _lite_ corn syrup 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 Tbsp butter - Low Down: Use a sugar substitute, such as SPLENDA (comes in both white & brown), and a butter substitute, such as Smart Balance. Also try to find a Lite or diet peanut butter. = In a lg pan combine popcorn & nuts; keep warm in 250 ° F oven. Butter sides of a heavy 1-1/2 qt.sauce pan. Combine honey, sugar & corn syrup; bring to a boil for 2 min. Stir peanut butter & vanilla into hot mix. Pour over corn & nuts. Stir & coat completely
