I still have a source for 120 half-cut qcells (365 watts), if it's only a few pallets you're looking for. Supply has gotten way harder this summer compared to this spring -- at the moment Hyundai bifacial 440s are the only mods my main distributor even has any more -- this spring they had about 6 options in stock. Seems like almost all the manufacturers have gone to the 108 half cell mods this last year for resi modules, which of course are 45" wide instead of 41" -- meaning all new racking lengths and layouts and harder to carry and all. I still remember the switch from the 72 cell 5" cells to the 60 cell 6" cells and how we complained about that increase in width.
For wire management on the half cut modules on groundmounts, what I've done on some recently is run a third rail right behind the center of the module, so all the wires neatly tuck into the rail (when using a C-channel type rail). I'm also usually designing for 170 to 180mph wind zone, so doing a third rail is not really overkill. If in a lower wind zone, it might be a bit extra cost to do three rails instead of 2.
