Thank you all for these great suggestions. Ultimately, l decided on waiting
for a back ordered Chargeverter. It seems to be the most versatile option.
I figure it will sit in my shop most of the time, so portability is not
really as important as I initially considered it to be. But some of the
lower current units could really help on a job site with a small charging
source, and the prices are attractive, so I might pick up another one if
mobility becomes an issue.
